Grandpa Dean's
Wishing Well Stories
After making his first wish at the tender age of five, Grandpa Dean began storytelling in the backwoods of Alabama. His stories were for the simple folk he loved until a tour of duty took him to the War in Canada. There, after an honorable discharge, he studied the mysterious wishing penguins of Wisconsin before settling down in Poughkeepsie, New York. A handsome man to this day, Grandpa Dean’s delightful yarns will make you smile, or at the very least, make you feel a bit weird and uncertain. Some of his most popular tales are of love, mermaids, albino camels, talking frogs, showers, very strange weirdnesses, and lots of wishing.

Before he dies, Ming Wu tells his adopted son and only heir that he must one day return to China and face Fu Wong. The bayou home of a wealthy widower will hide Little Tiger only until Spring Festival ends, giving the boy two weeks to memorize his magic book, protect two hatchling dragons and discover the truth about his identity and destiny.
